traditional birth doula package:

For families planning their first birth or VBAC or those that had prior undesirable births and needing extra support for a more desirable birth outcome from an experienced birth doula.

Support provided:

$1200

  • Complimentary 45-60 minute consultation
  • Support, education and resources during your pregnancy 
  • Two to three prenatal visits to prepare for birth and postpartum period
  • Assistance with researching and preparing for your birth preferences, if desired
  • Phone and e-mail support during normal hours upon hiring
  • 24/7 on call availability from 37 weeks until birth
  • Continuous labor support in your home and place of birth during active labor
  • Access to labor support tools & peanut balls
  • And so much more

birth only package:

Labor support available to those who have had a prior vaginal birth and feel confident in their childbirth preparation

Support provided:

$800

  • 24/7 on call availability from 37 weeks to birth
  • Continuous labor support in your home and place of birth during active labor
  • Guidance on when would be the best time to leave for your intended birthplace
  • Access to labor support tools & peanut balls

prenatal visits only:

For those who have support people for labor and birth but want coaching on preparation and comfort techniques and childbirth education

Support provided:

400

  • Two 90 minute visits with you and your support person(s) to learn and practice comfort techniques 
  • Phone and e-mail support during normal hours upon hiring until birth, for questions and concerns that may arise during pregnancy
